There are a lot of Titan Paint Sprayer Parts on the market, and it can be difficult to know which parts are compatible with your model. In this guide, we will walk you through the different parts available and help you find the ones that are right for you
What is a Titan Paint Sprayer
A paint sprayer is a tool that spreads paint or other liquid coatings using compressed air. A common type of paint sprayer is the airbrush, which is used for everything from painting models to creating custom automotive finishes. While there are many types of paint sprayers on the market, all of them rely on the same basic principles: spraying the coating material through a small nozzle at high speed to produce a fine mist. This mist is then carried by the airflow created by the compressor until it hits the surface being sprayed. The impact of this collision causes tiny droplets of coating material to form, which then stick to the surface and dry in place.
Parts of the Titan Paint Sprayer
titan paint sprayer parts include titan spray gun, titan airless gun trigger, titan airless hose coupling, titan airless pump plunger rod seal, titan high pressure supply . Parts of the Titan paint sprayer are important to keep clean and in proper working order. If these parts are dirty or not functioning properly, the paint sprayer will not work as well. It is important to clean these parts after each use, and to check them periodically for any issues.
How to Assemble the Spray Gun and Hose
Assembling the titan Spray Gun and Hose can be a daunting task. There are several pieces that need to be fit together correctly in order for the gun and hose to function properly. The assembly process can easily be broken down into three basic steps.
STEP 1: Assemble the Intake Hose to the Titan Gun Body. The first step is assembling the intake hose to the titan gun body using a coupling nut, worm gear clamp and coupler washer. Start by removing the small black sticker from inside of the gear clamp. This will allow the hose to slip over the barb on the titan gun body. Place a very liberal amount of thread locker onto the barb and tighten it into place firmly using a wrench. Make sure you have a good grip on the worm gear clamp since it becomes very tight! The wormgear clamp will keep everything nice and secure, but without thread locker, things can work loose. Allow the thread locker to cure overnight before using the spray gun.
STEP 2 : Attach the Hose End Swivel to the Intake Hose. The hose end swivel is attach by placing a pump. Neoprene washer onto the barb and securing it with a new worm gear clamp. Place the end of the hose into the swivel’s intake and tighten down the worm gear clamp.
STEP 3 : Attaching Hose to Pump Assembly Finally, attach a new pump. Neoprene washer and secure it using a pump assembly clamp. Make sure that there is a good seal between the two parts before tightening down the clamp completely.
